About Spruce Tip OT
Uvluumi, Drin Gwinzii, Good Day!
Spruce Tip OT was established in January 2021, with the goal of increasing mental wellness supports in the Beaufort Delta. In summer of 2025, we switched to virtual service provision.

Rachel is passionate about supporting Indigenous-led initiatives that are doing the invaluable work to decrease systemic barriers and promote wellness in a culturally meaningful way; she has been fortunate to be a part of and learn from many Indigenous-led and land-based wellness programs. Rachel is the recipient of the 2021 CAOT-North Outstanding Occupational Therapist of the Year Award.
